Please include a copy of your invoice and the reason for your return with the item (return to the return address on your shipping package). In order to expedite your credit, please make sure the item is in saleable condition. Communications Enhancements will give refunds and credits only on products returned to us in saleable, non-damaged condition. It usually takes 5-10 business days for orders to reach U.S. customers and 10-14 business days for them to arrive in Alaska, Hawaii, or Canadian locations.

Sales tax in certain states as required by law. The amount of sales tax will be calculated and applied to your order based on the shipping address.  If the school district or business is exempt from sales tax, simply send us a copy of your sales tax exemption certificate via email to communicationenhancements@gmail.com, and we will not collect the tax.
